Bear Repair in my estimation, has no competition with regard to their professionalism, customer service, knowledge and the goal of a satisfied customer. They are second to none.I live in a new addition, and there’s a moving target of chlorine in the water. Other companies would likely have said the water is softened… the equipment is doing what it supposed to do and that would’ve been the end of it. However, that is not what happened at all.Bear Repair did some additional investigation and realized because I am in a new addition, the water lines are being tapped frequently and a large amount of chlorine gets added each time. They added an additional filter to eradicate the issue with the ultimate goal of me having EXACTLY the equipment I needed.I wouldn’t have another plumbing company in my home… ever!

My water heater died after only 4 1/2 years. Because it was still under warranty I needed the original installer to do the job. I could not get them to contact me so I got Bear Repair's info from a friend. I'm glad that I did. I emailed Michaela and she responded, literally, in minutes. She promised to have Aaron call me in the morning to work out the details. As promised, he called me early to get the warranty information from me. He had to jump through a lot of hoops to get the distributor to work with him, but he got it done. The heater was finally delivered to my home onday 4 without hot water. Aaron and his team arrived a few hours later and got our new heater installed. He and his team were respectful of our home, they completed the job quickly and explained what they did. I am very glad to have discovered Bear Repair. I don't think that five stars is enough of a rating for this company!
