100% trustworthy plumbing company. Not only did they do an amazing job on our basement tbathroom, they went overboard to complete a complicated.projecr to install our emergency sump pump. Jacob and Aaron saved the day! We came home from vacation and we had no water. Jake diagnosed the issue as a broken resin bed in our water softener. Aaron and Jake patiently and thoroughly flushed every line in our home to clear the resin. They explained the process along the way and worked together together the job done. I called for an estimate on some plumbing issues I was having in my 2 bathrooms. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. It was nice to finally meet someone who actually treated their customers with respect and listened to them for a change. After having a bad experience 5 years ago with a plumbing company I was hesitant to try another one when another issue arose. Bear Repairs are always outstanding both in terms of delivered services but also in customer service and top tier staff. Jake is mature well beyond his years and is always a joy to have in my home. He's well versed in the plumbing arena of how water softeners function and is conscientious while in my home. I wouldn't have any other plumber! Michael came out and found the leak behind the ceiling wall. Gave me a couple options on repair and the work is guaranteed for a year. Explained everything he was going to do before he started the repair. Good communication, reasonable price, very knowledgeable. His service was appreciated. Will be having him come back out to replace an old leaky toilet. My handyman recommended this company and so glad he did.

Michael Cramer from Bear Repairs came to replace my outdoor water spigot. He explained everything to me and gave me options regarding repair or replace. The cost difference was not significantly different and since this is the 2nd replacement of this spigot, I wanted a new one. Very user-friendly and helpful. I called Bear Repairs in the evening after discovering a major leak under the kitchen sink from my garbage disposal. There was someone there to answer the phone, and they sent a technician out the next day. Josh was timely, courteous and kept a clean workspace in my kitchen. He explained all my options and let me decide what worked best for me. He had a replacement unit in his truck, which he was able to install right away. The service was professional and I’m very satisfied with the new garbage disposal, and most importantly no more leaks under my kitchen sink!
