Michael was awesome as he came out to look at our sump pump. He checked it out and replaced our battery on the backup sump pump. Aaron and his helper arrived before the scheduled appointment -- called to make sure it was okay, and got the work done in an efficient manner. The outcome (running a new gas line) had my best interests in mind, ensuring safe operation and the ability to shut off another piece of equipment without having to take everything down at the same time. Appreciated his forward thinking on this. He also verified that everything was restored to proper operation before leaving.
