Bear runs a superior business! They arrived on time, were very professional, provided me with a price for the work I wanted done, finished the work very quickly and then showed me what they had done. The plumber could not have been nicer! I will definitely call them again. And I highly, highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. You won’t be disappointed!

Bear Repairs are OUTSTANDING!! I had a leak in my water softener and they were out within the hour to get the situation addressed. Plumber Chris and another plumber came and assessed the issue THEN owner Aaron Barrett came too to be sure I was being taken care of. Priority One is customer service and satisfaction with this organization. I won't use any other plumber.

100% trustworthy plumbing company. Not only did they do an amazing job on our basement tbathroom, they went overboard to complete a complicated.projecr to install our emergency sump pump. Passionate about their work, very upfront, honest and professional. Very easy to work with and treated our home like theirs. I woukd highly recommend this company in Central Indiana. Both, Aaron and Michael, were very thorough in telling what they were going to do and what those steps included. They shared information about plumbing products, i.e. water softeners, water heater s, and R.O. systems that I need to know to make a decision of which would be best for my home. Cleaned up, closed up and were very timely getting the work done.

Zero complaints about this business! Michael and Aaron were very professional, on time, and willing to work with us. We had a water softener installed and one removed and Bear Repairs accomplished everything we had hoped for. Would work with them again!

Michael replaced our faucet on a sink that’s had a leak. We are unsure if the faucet is the cause but we will start with this repair and see if there is still a leak. Michael was very fast and competent!

Second time using Bear for my plumbing needs. Was having issues with a box store water softener and Michael was out to assess it pretty quickly. He explained the problem I was having related to the outflow capability with our plumbing setup. He suggested a couple options that would solve it and the added benefits of each in relation to price. No pressure- kept it in our court to decide what to do. Upon replacement Michael and his co-worker were in and out quickly and efficiently. He explained the setup, the additional redundancy valves he added and why (just because it’s the right way to do it…no added unexpected cost), and had us up and running with no mess or disruption to our water usage needs. On time, professional, great communication, and tells it like it is…honest, real talk. Great service all around and Bear will definitely be our first call the next time we need a plumber!

Aaron and Mike came out today to realign the main drain inside. Upon closer inspection, they found a much larger issue outside, which was not surprising. They were both incredibly professional and thoughtful when it came to respecting our home and budget. What could have easily been a $6,000+ job turned out to be significantly less because of how they approached the work.Realigning the inside drain, fixing broken exterior pipes and installing an Exterior cleanout were all completed in a timely manner.Please consider Bear Repairs for any and all of your internal and exterior plumbing issues. They were absolutely fantastic!

Absolutely great service! After calling a few plumbers and no return calls for days, Bears Repairs came highly recommended, and they returned a call immediately and were able to fit us in between their scheduled appointments for an emergency repair within less than a 2 hour time-frame! So very grateful! Michael called ahead, and was here in a jiffy, and diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to fix it within a very short time! Phenomenal service!!

Great local company. I had a great experience with Bear Repairs! They came out to my house within an hour of calling and identified the problem quickly and correctly. Slow kitchen drain story… long story short, if you want the job done, right the first time, call a true professional. Bear was a referral from my contractor friend and I can’t thank both of them enough.Bear was the second company to work on the sink. He took one look at the problem and knew snaking the drain again wasn’t going to fix the problem. He fix the problem in under an hour and at a very fair price!

Did what I needed done and at an acceptable price.Will continue to use as needed.March 2023Major sewer clog no outdoor clean outProbably saved builder $20 or less 50 years agoArrived on time, explained processAgreed on plan to address problemCarefully moved edging that was in work areaUsing backhoe dug up area of sewer pipe with no damage to house, bushes didn’t make it😀Determined problem was a complete clog, using root rooter machine, and high pressure water blaster completely cleaned sewer from home to main, as well as area entering foundationVerified no broken lines with cameraInstalled outdoor clean out, obtained Carmel City approval,Back filled hole with minimum damage to yard, most of which will repeat itself over next yearRepaired sewer connection in crawl space which is extremely difficult to accessExplained what he had done verbally and with pixEstimated time 6 to 7 hoursWasn’t inexpensive and didn’t expect it to be, however job was well done , by personable, pleasant, efficient personnel including the owner.Will use again highly recommend without any hesitation.If all business focused on this kind of service they wouldn’t need to focus on the bottom line.

Bear Repair in my estimation, has no competition with regard to their professionalism, customer service, knowledge and the goal of a satisfied customer. They are second to none.I live in a new addition, and there’s a moving target of chlorine in the water. Other companies would likely have said the water is softened… the equipment is doing what it supposed to do and that would’ve been the end of it. However, that is not what happened at all.Bear Repair did some additional investigation and realized because I am in a new addition, the water lines are being tapped frequently and a large amount of chlorine gets added each time. They added an additional filter to eradicate the issue with the ultimate goal of me having EXACTLY the equipment I needed.I wouldn’t have another plumbing company in my home… ever!

We remodeled our kitchen. Bear came out to disconnect the sink and appliances, then came back to install a new garbage disposal and connect to the new sink. Knowledgeable, on time, and reasonably priced. Michael was friendly and knew what he was doing from beginning to end.

I called Bear Repair this morning after my water heater stopped working, and within a matter of hours my problem was solved thanks to Michael’s excellent work. He was prompt (even squeezing me in for an earlier appt.), extremely knowledgeable, and took time to walk me through all the details and options for the water heater issue.
