Bear Repairs are simply outstanding. Priority One is customer service which was evident today as Jake reminded me of how my water softener worked and about my salt usage. He is a gem and appreciate that their Staff are salaried; not commission so no pressure sales. Top tier organization worth consideration

Love this plumber so far! He took care of the plumbing for our kitchen remodel! He has been punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and charges a fair price. We will definitely use him again!!Update - Today we needed to used Bear Repairs to address our flooded crawl space. They were professional... good with communicating, reasonable with scheduling, and honest with charges. Very much Recommend.

Bear Repairs took my phone call at the end of business hours. I never felt rushed and was able to explain what I needed and get scheduled. They were to me in 24 hours and ran a cable to inspect the stability of my sewer line. They were then able to get into my sump line and inspect that. After finding some roots inside the line, they were able to clear those out and get me back to good as new. These guys were very professional and enjoyable to be around. They got all this work done in an hour and were pleasant the whole time. Will definitely be using them foe future needs.

Great local company. I had a great experience with Bear Repairs! They came out to my house within an hour of calling and identified the problem quickly and correctly. Was impressed with how knowledgeable and systematic their diagnostic was.No hard or pushy sales; pricing is very fair for the quality of the service you WILL receive!

Bear Repairs did an awesome job on my most recent project! Josh was our service tech and I could not recommend a better person. He had to run a water line from our water softener into the main water line. He got the job done quick and explained everything to me. Will be using Bear again in the future!

Sump pump switch was broken so pump having an issue pushing out all of the recent rainfall even with the backup. They came quickly and fixed me up. This is the second occasion I have used them and I highly recommend!

Michael was awesome as he came out to look at our sump pump. He checked it out and replaced our battery on the backup sump pump. He was very knowledgable and passionate about explaining what he did and that all of our questions were answered. He has a friendly personality that makes you feel like family.
