Jacob and Aaron saved the day! We came home from vacation and we had no water. Jake diagnosed the issue as a broken resin bed in our water softener. Aaron and Jake patiently and thoroughly flushed every line in our home to clear the resin. They explained the process along the way and worked together together the job done. Very happy with their professionalism and attention to detail. They went above and beyond and We will definitely be recommending and using them again for our plumbing needs. Thanks again!

I called for an estimate on some plumbing issues I was having in my 2 bathrooms. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. It was nice to finally meet someone who actually treated their customers with respect and listened to them for a change. After having a bad experience 5 years ago with a plumbing company I was hesitant to try another one when another issue arose. It restored my belief that there are still good people and companies out there that do right. Thank you for restoring my faith in honest, respectable companies and the people who work for them.

Bear Repairs are always outstanding both in terms of delivered services but also in customer service and top tier staff. Jake is mature well beyond his years and is always a joy to have in my home. He's well versed in the plumbing arena of how water softeners function and is conscientious while in my home. I wouldn't have any other plumber! I can't say enough about this organization and their commitment to customer service. If I could give 10 STARS, I would. Their business models should be emulated by others

Michael came out and found the leak behind the ceiling wall. Gave me a couple options on repair and the work is guaranteed for a year. Explained everything he was going to do before he started the repair. Good communication, reasonable price, very knowledgeable. His service was appreciated. Will be having him come back out to replace an old leaky toilet. My handyman recommended this company and so glad he did.

Michael Cramer from Bear Repairs came to replace my outdoor water spigot. He explained everything to me and gave me options regarding repair or replace. The cost difference was not significantly different and since this is the 2nd replacement of this spigot, I wanted a new one. Very user-friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I called Bear Repairs in the evening after discovering a major leak under the kitchen sink from my garbage disposal. There was someone there to answer the phone, and they sent a technician out the next day. Josh was timely, courteous and kept a clean workspace in my kitchen. He explained all my options and let me decide what worked best for me. He had a replacement unit in his truck, which he was able to install right away. The service was professional and I’m very satisfied with the new garbage disposal, and most importantly no more leaks under my kitchen sink! I recommend Bear Repairs to anyone in need of plumbing services.

CHECK YOUR WATER HEATER! Our water heater failed, rusted, cracked open, turned into Niagara Falls and it was mounted above the ceiling over our office space in Westfield. Bear Repair REPLACED it for us right away as soon as we called them. SAME Day service. They were amazing to work with. But, I sure wish I would have had them check my situation as a preventative measure, because the leak isn't just a leak. Water keeps running into and out of the tank until you turn the water off, and that was after it flooded our shop all weekend. What a mess. So, do yourself a favor and have Bear Repair check your water heater and fix if needed - BEFORE IT FAILS. You are welcome!
